Spot Coaching

Occasionally a leader requires on-the-spot coaching for tough leadership issues regarding influence, strategic communication, negotiation, delicate political situations, and tough leader/manager employee issues.

Our experts are available for very short term engagements from one or two phone calls to occasional in-the-moment coaching as required. Spot coaching is not linked to a development plan and does not have one associated with it.
