Leadership Coaching

Leadership Coaching is for directors and above who are seeking continued success in their role today, sharpening the leadership skills needed for complex and challenging leadership roles in the near future, or who are being positioned for longer-term career advancement within their organization.

We coach in the areas of executive and leadership presence, power, influence, politics, personal brand, negotiation, effective interpersonal communication, leading motivated teams, and social and emotional intelligence. Engagements are competency based, last six months, and have touch points with their senior leaders at the mid-point and end-point.

The leader can expect to (1) develop a compelling vision of where they're headed next and the leadership competencies required of them to get there; (2) zero in on what's unique about them -- what makes them stand out from the crowd -- and build a strong leadership presence that capitalizes that brand; (3) get crystal clear about their leadership strengths and smooth out the rough edges of the aspects of their leadership style that are problematic; (4) be politically tuned in to the power dynamics of working with senior leaders and know how to succeed and succeed well within that structure; (5) understand their 6 power sources and how to use each effectively;
(6) sharpen their skills of strategic interpersonal communication, influence, negotiation, and leading others/teams; (7) understand and remove the barriers to success associated with limiting beliefs they may have about their own leadership potential.

The leader will emerge with a thorough assessment of their leadership practices/competencies, a well-developed road map that includes an intelligent and challenging leadership plan that links to their required leadership competencies, professional development and business goals, and three-month, six-month and one-year plans for achieving the goals.

We have 3 options for leadership coaching where we are 100% in person, 50% in person and 25% in person.  Price varies according to the amount of in-person time. Leaders have access to the materials that we use in our renowned Leading Without Limits® program, including the Harvard Business Review readings and our case studies.
