Leaders have been increasingly turning to executive coaches to assist them in keeping their leadership practices current, relevant, and on track in the face of the enormous challenges of staying competitive, motivating an increasingly diverse workforce, and delivering faster, better results in a highly-competitive global marketplace. And for nearly 20 years we’ve been those coaches who’ve worked side-by-side with leaders to help ensure their long-term success.


Coaching Focus

Our coaching at the executive and leader levels has had long-standing success. We’ve been instrumental in assisting key leaders in developing a dynamic executive presence, leveraging the best of their leadership style, effectively working the power and political dynamics at the higher levels, exercising influence for optimal results, building sound communication and conflict-handling skills, leading change initiatives, building high performing, motivated teams across distance and cultures, progressing on a career path according to plan, and integrating meaningful work with a healthful and fulfilling personal life.


Executive Master Plans

We design custom Executive Master Plans mapped to organizational goals and objectives and the leader’s skills development opportunities and challenges. Every engagement includes the leadership assessment process to gain baseline data about how the leader is perceived by those who work closely with them. The Master Plan normally entails the following: regularly scheduled meetings in person or by phone, shadow-coaching to observe the leader interacting in her or his environment, and spot coaching for instances requiring in-the-moment consultation. Coaching engagements are six months, but can be somewhat shorter for a specific concentration area. Lasting change, however, generally requires a commitment of at least six months and often continues for up to a year. Success is measured at three-month intervals based on criteria designed at the start. We close the engagement with a six-month Master Plan that the leader takes forward on their own.
