Leading Without Limits®
Leading Without Limits® (LWL) is for leaders from senior manager to senior director levels. It is a 3.5-month experience with 5 learning modalities: leadership assessments, in-person group sessions, live webinars, peer consulting, and 6 hours of 1:1 coaching with a leadership expert.
The LWL Core Content is delivered over 3.5 months with 1.5 days at the program start, 4 half-day sessions at 4, 8, 12 and 14 weeks, and 3, 1.5-hour webinars at 2, 6, and 10 weeks. The core is linked directly to the participants' business goals and leadership situations.
The format combines short presentations with in-depth group discussion of content, discussion of application of the learning from several Harvard Business Review articles, senior-level case studies, interactive exercises, and discussion of application to the leaders' business / leadership situations.

Leadership Assessment component includes the Leadership Effectiveness Analysis® (LEA) or Lominger International's Voices® 360 (when the organization is using the Leadership Architect® Suite of products), the Managerial Styles Questionnaire, and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI) Step II report. Leadership Webinars. There are 3 live webinars, one in each month of the program, that extend the learning from the in-person sessions, case discussions and content of the Harvard Business Review articles to the leaders' current leadership challenges. They also provide a forum for in-depth Q&A of the leadership content.
Individual Leadership Coaching is offered in 60-minute sessions for a total of 6 hours over the course of the program. Coaching assists in pinpointing and strengthening leadership skills and positions your leaders to make significant contributions to the organization and great strides in their own professional growth.
Peer Consulting supports the application of the core leadership skills component. Leaders meet in pairs throughout the 3.5 months for discussion, insightful feedback and intellectual challenge that only those who are in the process of change themselves can offer.
LWL is for internal delivery only. We strongly recommend that several leaders from the same business unit/department/function go through the program together starting with the vice president and his/her directors. Groups size of 8 - 10 is ideal.
