Leadership Strategy Forum

The Leadership Strategy Forum is a version of the Leading Without Limits® program that is geared to your key leaders at the senior manager level who are taking on broader and more challenging leadership responsibilities. The program is delivered in 5 in-person half-days and 4, 1.5-hour webinars over 5 months and has 5 learning modalities: leadership assessment, in-person group sessions, live webinars, peer consulting and a one-hour consultation with a leadership expert. 

The format combines short leader-led presentations with in-depth group discussion of content, case studies, interactive exercises and application to the leaders' business / leadership situations.

Core Content (Request a full description of these content areas): On Being a Leader, Your Brand Matters, Strategic Communication for Leaders, Power and Influence at Work, The Politically Intelligent Leader, Working on Teams, Leading Through Negotiation.

The leadership assessment component includes the Managerial Styles Questionnaire and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI) Step II report. The leader has the option of adding the Strategic Directions 360 Leadership Effectiveness Analysis for an additional cost. For more information on these and all of our assessments, go here.

Leadership Consultation. In the first month of the program leaders have a one-on-one with a leadership expert to focus the core components on the leaders' strategic business and leadership goals.

Peer Consulting. Leaders meet in pairs or trios over the course of the program to discuss and apply the learning concepts.

Leadership Webinars. Four live webinars between the in-person sessions expand on what leaders are learning in the seminars. The webinars provide the opportunity to ask more in-depth questions about core material and case studies, and discuss the application of the contents to their current leadership challenges.

The LWL Strategy Forum is for internal delivery only. We strongly recommend that several leaders from the same business unit/department/function go through the program together. Group size of 8 - 12 is ideal.
