Denise Brouillette, MBA, President & Founder
Denise is a skilled leadership strategist. Joanne Brem
Joanne Brem brings seasoned, hands-on expertise to the field of organizational leadership development and executive coaching. Michele Caplette, PhD
Michele Caplette is an executive coach and leadership and organization development consultant who for over fifteen years has designed leadership programs and coached executives and managers as they realize their leadership potential and achieve outstanding results. Michele is certified in several world-class leadership feedback instruments, including the Booth 360 and the Lominger Leadership Architect ® Suite of products. Christine Silver
Christine Silver is a management consultant and leadership coach with a background in Human Resources. Her group training and one-to-one coaching expertise covers a wide range of skill areas: leadership and management development, interpersonal communications, conflict resolution, team development, and interview and candidate selection. Christine has a bachelor's degree in Child Development from San Jose State University and a certificate in Human Resource Management from the University of California, Santa Cruz. She has completed coach training with The Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and will complete an intensive year-long Leadership program through CTI in October, 2010. She is president of Silver Business Solutions, a management and leadership consulting and training firm based in Santa Cruz.
