Executive and Leadership Coaching
Our executive and leadership coaching is for selected key individuals at the director-level and above and for key senior managers who are being positioned for significant leadership roles in the near future.
We coach in the areas of executive and leadership presence, power, influence, politics, personal brand, negotiation, effective interpersonal communication, leading motivated teams, and social and emotional intelligence.
We employ a competency-based methodology and measure results at 3, 6, 9 and 12-month intervals, depending on the length of the engagement.
We use only top-rated assessments from research-based assessment organizations that have a long-standing global presence.
We can conduct "live" 360 assessments when the executive or leader is best served by this type of data collection.
Engagements last from 3 months to 1 year. All include a robust plan for the leader's unique situation.
We offer spot coaching when a leader's needs require a short, differently-structured engagement.

Our experts are available for very short term engagements from one or two phone calls to occasional in-the-moment coaching as required. Spot coaching is not linked to a development plan and does not have one associated with it. More.
