The company was founded in 1994 under the name The Innovative Edge by Denise Brouillette, MBA, a strategic leadership consultant, Board Certified Coach, and author. Denise changed the name to LeaderXpress on January 1, 2011 to better reflect the needs of leaders who required high-quality leadership development, but whose time was at a premium.
