Francisco based organization that has been offering leadership programs and
executive coaching for key men and women at the executive, director and senior
manager levels since 1994. 
Our
transformational leadership development programs and coaching at
the executive and leader level have had long-standing success. We have been
instrumental in assisting key leaders in capturing the essence of

developing a strong leadership presence and personal brand, working successfully
within the power and political swirl in organizations, influencing and
negotiating up, down, and across the organization, and building

Our targeted First 100 Days on-boarding plan gives selected
leaders, new to the organization or new to the role, the advantage of
focused coaching and personalized development support in order to rapidly become
productive and effective within the context of the organization's culture and
expectations.
Hairpin Turns®
We
launched Hairpin Turns®,
our women's career consultancy unit, to fill a growing need for exceptional
programs, products and services for key women leaders. We deliver a full
spectrum of programs and services for professional women to skillfully master
the political, power and influence game at work, and with that, the power to
point their careers in any direction they choose.
At Hairpin Turns® we offer leadership webinars in the areas of power,
politics, influence, personal brand, leadership presence, negotiation
and thinking like a leader. Additional leadership help comes in the form of
self-assessments, weekly short podcasts with tips for winning the power,
political and influence game at work, and recommended outside resources for
helping leaders increase both satisfaction and success with their careers. The
HairpinTurns® site contains leadership information useful to both women and men.
